Hiding and blocking
Keep posts and people you don't want to see out of every list. Only Tably changes: TabNews isn't notified.
Hiding a post
Touch and hold a post in any list, or open More in the post, and choose Hide Post. It leaves the Feed, Home, Library and the author's profile right away. If you open it from a link, Tably says you hid it, with Show Again.
Blocking a person
Choose Block from the menu of a post, a comment or a profile. Tably explains what happens before you confirm:
- Their posts leave every list.
- Their comments become a collapsed line, and other people's replies stay in the tree.
- Their profile shows a notice with Unblock instead of their posts.
Undoing
Settings › Content has Hidden Posts and Blocked People, with Show Again and Unblock.
Across devices
Hiding and blocking are free and stay on your device.
With Tably Pro, they sync through your iCloud and also apply on Apple TV.
Reporting content
The TabNews API has no way to report content for people who don't moderate, so Tably has no report button. If you find abusive content, let the TabNews team know through tabnews.com.br.
