Your Tably
Sources (RSS and Atom)
Follow blogs, newsletters and sites with RSS or Atom right beside TabNews. TabNews stays the main feed.
Where they are
In the Feed tab, tap the title and choose Sources. The articles of all your sources appear together, newest first, with the name of the source, the time, the title and a two-line summary. Tably remembers your choice.
Home also shows the three newest articles in From Your Sources.
Adding a source
Tap + in the toolbar, or Add Source when the list is empty:
- Paste an address: a site or its feed. Tably finds the RSS or Atom feed on its own.
- Pick a suggestion: a short list of tech sources in English and Portuguese, each added with one tap.
- Import OPML: bring the sources you follow in another RSS reader.
Reading an article
Articles open in Tably's reader, with the same look as posts, and Open Website takes you to the original. When a feed shares only a summary, Tably shows the summary and the button.
Managing sources
Manage Sources lists each source with its address and number of articles. Swipe or use the menu to remove one.
How many
Tably includes 3 sources for free.
Tably Pro has no limit and syncs your sources through iCloud. If Pro ends, every source you added keeps updating; adding one past the third asks for Pro again.
Suggestions
The suggestions are public feeds such as the Swift.org Blog, The GitHub Blog, Apple Developer News, Hacker News, Tecnoblog, Canaltech, Diolinux and InfoQ Brasil. Tably has no partnership with any of them.
On Apple TV
Apple TV reads sources and their articles but doesn't add or remove them. With Tably Pro, the sources you add on your other devices arrive through iCloud.
