Privacy overview
Tably collects no data about you. There's no Tably account, no server of ours, no ads and no tracking.
What stays on your device
- Your TabNews session, in the Keychain
- Your Library: liked, read and rated posts, and your daily balance
- Drafts, hidden posts, blocked people, filters and your list of sources
- A cache of the feed, posts, comments and articles you've opened
Your iCloud, with Pro
With Tably Pro, your Library, sources, saved posts, hidden posts, blocks, filters and the voices you create sync between your devices through your own private iCloud, which we can't read. Your TabNews session never goes to iCloud.
With or without Pro, Tably also keeps in your iCloud which in-app tips you've already seen.
What talks to the network
- TabNews, to read and, when you're signed in, to take part with your own session
- The sites that host the images in posts and articles
- The RSS and Atom feeds you add
- Apple: iCloud, the App Store for purchases, a public database with feature flags and the minimum app version, and language downloads for Translation
The Privacy Policy has the full list, with what each one receives.
TabNews
What you publish on TabNews is public and follows the TabNews terms. Your likes, reading history, hidden posts and blocks never go to TabNews.
