Tably is licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These notes add what's specific to Tably.

License

Your use of Tably is governed by the Apple Standard EULA, together with the notes below.

An unofficial client

Tably is an independent app. It isn't made by or affiliated with TabNews. TabNews and its name belong to their owners. Tably only talks to the public TabNews API, and features depend on that API staying available.

Content on TabNews

Posts, comments and profiles belong to their authors. When you rate, comment or publish, you follow the TabNews terms of use, and you're responsible for what you publish. Tably shows content as TabNews returns it and doesn't moderate it; you can hide posts and block people in the app.

Tably Pro

• Tably Pro is an auto-renewable subscription, monthly or annual.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings, or in Tably under Settings › Tably Pro › Manage Subscription.
• If you've never subscribed, you get 7 days free. Any unused part of the trial ends when you buy a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple, under Apple's policies.

If Pro ends

Nothing you have is deleted. Downloaded saved posts stay readable, sources keep updating, filters stay stored, the icon and reading theme go back to the standard ones, and iCloud sync stops with your data kept on your device.
